By accessing or using the CSM Flight Simulator platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Licensed Access — Not Ownership

Access to the Platform and its content is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Platform, its training materials, simulations, assessments, or any other content.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Copy, reproduce, or extract any training materials for purposes outside of personal learning.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any portion of the Platform's content.
• Use the Platform's content to create competing products or services.
• Share your login credentials or grant unauthorised access.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including module text, quiz questions, scenario scripts, simulation logic, AI-generated feedback, UI design, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform owner and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Enforcement

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action for damages.

6. Changes to These Terms

The Platform owner reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
